Programs Offered At This Campus

Cosmetology - Diploma Program
(11-month day program | 16-month evening program)

Following program completion, the graduate can perform tasks associated with the beauty industry as it relates to hair, skill and nail services. The program is intended for students who have a high school diploma or equivalent and who wish to enter the beauty field. This program is now being offered in English and Spanish.

Massage Therapy- Diploma Program (8 months)

Following program completion, the graduate can deliver massage therapy services in a variety of settings both within and outside of the healthcare delivery environment. The program is intended for students who have a high school diploma or equivalent and who wish to enter the allied health field.

Skin Care- Diploma Program
(3 months day | 4 months evening)

Skin care specialists, or estheticians, cleanse and beautify the skin by giving facials, full-body treatments, and head and neck massages, as well as apply makeup. They also may remove hair through waxing or, if properly trained, with laser treatments.

Medical Assistant - Diploma
(12-month day program | 14-month evening program)

Following program completion, the graduate can perform front office administrative tasks, assist the physician in the patient exam room, and collect and process laboratory specimens. The program is intended for students who have a high school diploma or equivalent and who wish to enter the allied health field.

  • Coconut Creek Recreation Complex Open House

    January 23rd

    Massage Therapy students from our Margate campus will be providing chair massages at the Open House today from 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and then again this evening from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Margate Street Festival

    February 16th & 17th

    American Institute will be attending the annual street festival in the Margate community. Stop by our tent for a complimentary chair massage and cosmetology services for all.
