Randy S. Proto, CEO of American Institute stated, “Graduations are the culmination point for our students.  It is not only a day for them to celebrate their many accomplishments, but it should be a day for them to reflect on why they chose to pursue a particular career path.  They should remember the passion that drove them to seek their education in the first place, and fortify themselves for the challenges that lie ahead.  After all, being a professional in whatever field they have chosen will bring its challenges of course.  It will also bring its wonderful moments.  Congratulations to our graduates, and I wish them much luck as they pursue their new careers.”

Barbara Sharief is one of the youngest individuals to have passed the RN board in the State of Florida.  She continued her education and obtained a Master’s of Science in Nursing and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Degree from Florida International University. Barbara was recently elected as the Broward County Commissioner after serving on the Miramar City Commission as the Vice-Mayor of the city since 2009.  “Just like the American Institute students Barbara is ‘on the rise’ and was an extremely good fit to deliver the keynote address to our graduates,” added Mr. McCulloch
